User Agreement

Welcome to Kemoty (“App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using Kemoty, you agree to comply with this User Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the App. Kemoty is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Kemoty, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You agree to use the App only in accordance with this User Agreement and applicable laws.

2. Account and User Responsibilities
You may be required to provide certain information to use the App’s features, such as uploading photos for style generation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activity under your account. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

3. Use of Content
You retain ownership of your uploaded photos. By using Kemoty, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process and generate styled images from your uploaded content for the purpose of providing App services. You also consent to the temporary transmission of your photos to third-party AI services solely for image processing.

4. Restrictions
You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purposes.

• Reverse engineer or attempt to access the underlying code of the App.

• Upload content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of third parties.

5. Privacy and Data
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and share information as described therein. You must consent to any data sharing with third-party AI services before using features that require such sharing.

6. Limitation of Liability
Kemoty is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate this User Agreement or applicable laws. You may also stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your rights under this Agreement end, but obligations regarding intellectual property and liability survive.

8. Changes to the Agreement
We may update this User Agreement periodically. Continued use of Kemoty after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App operates. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws and local regulations.
